From the National Register nomination
The 1932 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer and weatherboard Cottage-style dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a complex slate roof. The house has 3,063 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the south front door that is set under a wooden archway. There is an off-center to the north three-bay projection under a front-facing gable that has six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows and a multi-paned lunette-window in the gable. The remaining windows are also six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central brick interior chimney. There is a two-story, wood-frame shed to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
