The non-contributing 1958 one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified Ranch-style-dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled, asphalt-shingled roof. The house has 3,710 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a six-bay arrangement with an off-center to the south front door that is located on the four-bay paired wood columned porch, a front-facing south gable, and a north carport. The windows throughout are eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a massive central brick interior chimney. The house is non-contributing due to its 1958 date of construction.
