From the National Register nomination
The 1930 1.5-story wood frame with vinyl siding Cottage-style-dwelling sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,655 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a offset to the east front door that is slightly recessed in an arched opening of the front facing gable on the eastern half of the façade. Windows are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash or four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a large brick exterior chimney on the west elevation. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage with weatherboard to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
