The façade of the house features a four-bay arrangement with a centered front door with sidelights that is located under a covered concrete slab walkway. The windows throughout are multi-paned, metal, casement. There is a interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
