From the National Register nomination

The 1925 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco American Four Square multiple dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,036 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features an off-center to the north original front door with an intact multi-paned transom and sidelights, a wooden full-front porch square wooden posts and a wooden balustrade. The windows throughout are six-over-six, vinyl replacements. There is a central brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame shed to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
