A house, 1975
BrickDoes not contribute to the district's historic character
From the National Register nomination
The non-contributing 1975 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Modern Movement multiple dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a hipped, asphalt shingled roof. The building has 3,456 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a five-bay arrangement with a centralized double point of entry set under a broken triangular pediment and flanked by inset pilasters under a fluted metal post flat roofed, one-story porch that is accessed by a set of brick stairs with metal railings. The windows throughout are six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl. There are no interior or exterior chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood. The 1975 date of construction makes this building non-contributing within the historic district.
