From the National Register nomination

The 1925 2.5-story, wood frame with stucco American Four Square multiple dwelling sits on a stucco foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof with cardinal point projecting dormers. The building has 4,036 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The reconfigured façade of the building features an off-center to the north original front door with intact sidelights and a new door that provides access into the second rental space, a full-front porch with concrete piers. The windows throughout are one-over-one, vinyl replacements. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
