From the National Register nomination
The 1920 two-story, wood-frame with stucco and brick Spanish Colonial Revival multiple dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a flat terracotta roof. The building has 4,150 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement with two centered points of entry with sidelights, a two-bay divided brick and fieldstone front porch under a slightly hipped standing-seam, metal roof. The windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There are no chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
