From the National Register nomination
The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco American Four Square sits on a brick foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with pressed metal shingles. The building has 2,904 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features an off-center to the north original front door with an intact multi-paned transom and sidelights, a full-front fieldstone porch with fieldstone piers. The windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
