From the National Register nomination
The 1935 2.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer American Four Square sits on a poured concrete foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with pressed metal shingles. The building has 1,736 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a reconfigured three-bay arrangement with the front door offset to the north, a full-front porch with wood columns on brick piers with a wooden balustrade. There are projecting dormers on all elevations with wood shingle details and one-over-one, paired, double-hung, vinyl windows. The windows throughout are one-over-one, vinyl replacements. There is a central brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
