From the National Register nomination
The circa 1920 2.5-story, wood frame with vinyl siding American Four Square sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof. The building has 2,312 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement and one-over-one, double-hung vinyl replacement windows. The front door is off-center to the east with intact sidelights. The wraparound wood porch wraps to the west with wood columns on painted brick piers, and the base is accented with wood shingles. There is a projecting dormer on the main facade with paired four-paned wood windows. There is a central interior brick chimney. There are no outbuildings associated with this house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
