From the National Register nomination
The circa 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified American Four Square sits on a brick foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,888 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement with a modified symmetrical brick Georgian revival staircase leading to the front door. The building maintains the off-center to the north front door that is has inset pilasters and sidelights. There is a projecting dormer with three original six-paned, fixed wooden windows. The windows throughout are nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. There have also been a series of additions to the rear that start with a two-story, wood-frame that is clad with vinyl siding and proceed into a one-story, wood-frame that is clad with vinyl siding. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
