From the National Register nomination

The circa 1925 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco American Four Square sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof. The building has 4,128 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement and one-over-one, double-hung vinyl replacement windows. The front door is off-center to the west. The full-front porch is supported by concrete posts. There are projecting dormers on all elevations. There is a central interior brick chimney and an interior brick chimney in the northwest corner of the house. There is a non-contributing one-story shed building located to the northeast of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
