From the National Register nomination
The circa 1910 two-story, wood-frame with stucco Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with asphalt shingles and features a dentil molding on the cornice line. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights under a dentil molded one-story, one-bay porch with matching wooden trellis details, projecting dormers and a south concrete addition that appears to be made out of concrete and not original to the house. The windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There are north and south exterior-end concrete chimneys. There is a one-story concrete block garage with a flat roof located to the east of the primary resource. The site has mature trees and shrubbery. There is a brick retaining wall that defines the south and west property lines. There is also a paved driveway to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
