From the National Register nomination
The 1918 1.5-story wood frame with stucco Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof with bracketed eaves that is clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,150 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights, a projecting dormer with bracketed eaves and a full-front concrete piered porch. The windows throughout the house are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash, and eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
