From the National Register nomination
The 1882 two-story, wood frame with German siding modified Queen Anne house sits on a limestone foundation under a cross-gabled standing-seam metal roof. The building has 3,080 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The main house and the carriage house to the rear now serve as multi-family rental units bearing the address of 107, 109, and 111 Campbell Street. While the property has been split into numerous housing units, the façade of the main house has been preserved and remains intact. The main façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wraparound porch that wraps to the east with wood posts on brick piers, original diamond paned glass, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, a two-story, three-bay projection under the east front facing gable of the façade that has intact wood shingle detailing, and a centered front door with intact transom and sidelights. There are three interior brick chimneys. There is a one-story garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
