From the National Register nomination

The 1998 non-contributing one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified ranch house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled asphalt-shingled roof. The building has 1,800 square feet, which is smaller in scale and massing than many of the other surrounding houses. The façade of house is symmetrical with a three-bay arrangement, a centered front door located under a front facing gabled one-story brick porch with a metal railing and metal posts that is flanked by six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl windows. There are no interior or exterior chimneys. The house does comply with the materials choice for the neighborhood; however, its date of construction defines it as non-contributing.
