From the National Register nomination
The 1922 2.5-story, wood-frame with vinyl siding modified early 20th-Century American Movement house is set on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has been split into multiple rental units with extensive reconfiguration of the façade. The porch is currently being supported by a makeshift structural system of two-by-four lumber. The porch appears to have been a wraparound that wrapped to the east; however, the east portion of the porch has been filled in to accommodate another point of entrance into the house. The windows are one-over-one, replacement vinyl. There are three interior brick chimneys. There is also a large two-story unpainted wooden deck to the rear of the house, likely used as another means of access into the rental spaces. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
