From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 2.5-story, wood frame with painted brick veneer American Four Square sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing seam metal roof. The building has 2,640 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement and one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is also a second-floor, three-bay projection on the western portion of the façade. The front door is off-center to the west with intact sidelights. The full-frontal wood porch has wood columns on concrete piers. There are projecting dormers on all elevations. There are exterior-end brick chimneys on the east and west elevations. There is a non-contributing one-story shed building located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
