The 1925 two-story, wood-frame with vinyl siding early 20th-Century American Movement multi-family dwelling sits on a brick foundation under a cross-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,108 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. There is a central brick chimney. There is a one-story, one-bay west porch with metal posts. There are two main points of entry that are off center to the west. There is a gabled two-story, three-bay projections on the east elevation. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. There are sporadic foundation plantings and mature shade trees throughout the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
