The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, full front, one-story, three-bay porch with wooden posts and shingle details in the base, diamond paned-over-one wood windows, an off-center to the west front door with diamond paned sidelights, a three window grouped arrangement in the highest peak of the gable. There is an interior brick chimney in the northwest section of the house. There is an attached one-story garage located off of the west elevation under a pyramidal metal roof. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The site has a few small trees and sporadic foundation plantings and shrubbery. There is a concrete driveway located to the west of the primary resource and the house is situated on the northwest corner of Franklin Street and South Mason Street. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
