From the National Register nomination
The 1895 two-story, wood-frame with painted white brick veneer modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 2,288 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a partially enclosed wraparound porch that wraps to the west with paired wood columns set on brick piers, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, an off-center to the east front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights and a three-bay projection on the east portion of the façade on the second floor that sits under the front facing gable that has intact scalloped wood detailing and a lunette window. While the main point of entry on the east of the façade remains intact, there is now a handicap accessible ramp that provides access to the porch from the front of the house. The building is currently used as the “Response Center” offices. There is a central interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
