BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1900 1.5-story wood frame with painted brick veneer Dutch Colonial Revival house sets on a limestone foundation under a complex asphalt shingled roof. The house has 3,832 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house is characterized by a gambrel roof with scalloped wood details and a first floor dominated by painted brick veneer. The front door is off-center to the west and there is a full front paired wood column porch. There is also a northwest projection that appears to be original given its similar brickwork and the continuation of the limestone foundation. There is a one-story, wood-frame with weatherboard garage located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
