From the National Register nomination
The 1900 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with slate with decorative metal ridgeline detailing. The house has 2,664 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, an enclosed wraparound porch with a cloth awning that wraps to the west with stucco piers, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows, an off-center to the east front door, a small projecting dormer with a fixed single-paned window, a three-bay, two-story projection on the east portion of the façade sits under the front facing gable that has intact scalloped wood detailing. There is an interior brick chimney in the northwest section of the house. The building is currently used as the “Gallery Fine Arts.” The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
