From the National Register nomination
The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles and accented by projecting dormers with wood shingle detailing. The house has 4,068 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wood wraparound porch that wraps to the west with wood columns and a west point of entry, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and a centered front door with intact transom and sidelights. There is an interior brick chimney located on the west side in the front of the house. There is a two-story, two-bay projection on the west elevation that sits under a gabled end. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
