From the National Register nomination
The 1905 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof. The building has 2,494 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a balanced and symmetrical three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights, a projecting dormer with paired one-over-one, vinyl windows, and a wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the north and south. The remaining windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a two-story, one-bay projection on the south elevation. There are two central interior brick chimneys. There is a one-story masonry garage with a pyramidal roof located to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
