From the National Register nomination
The 1914 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing seam metal roof with projecting dormers and a projecting front-facing gable. The building has 7,458 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights, a wood columned one-story, three-bay with wood balustrade full-front porch, and a three-bay first story projection on the south half and a one-bay projection on the second floor on the same side of the main elevation that sit under a front-facing projecting gable. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There are two interior brick chimneys. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage and two one-story, wood-frame sheds to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
