From the National Register nomination
The 1906 two-story, wood-frame Colonial Revival clad in weatherboard sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,565 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade, which is difficult to see due to the mature flowering tree in the front yard, is asymmetrical with paired wood columns on limestone piers and a wraparound porch that wraps to the east. Another interesting feature is the use of bracketed eaves on the porch and the house. The front door is off-center to the west with intact transom and sidelights. Most of the first floor windows have original decorative glass instead of the traditional one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows seen on the second floor. There is a three-bay projection on the western half of the façade with one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is also a two-story projection on the west elevation. There is a two-story, wood-frame garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
