From the National Register nomination
The 1947 1.5-story, wood frame with weatherboard Colonial Revival cottage sits on a poured concrete foundation with a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,135 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a five-bay arrangement with a central front door and a centered one-story, three-bay wood porch with a half-story balustrade. There are two projecting dormers with four-over-four, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The first floor windows are six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a west exterior end brick chimney. There is a one-story wood frame garage to the north of the primary resource. There are multiple mature trees throughout the yard, as well as foundation plantings. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
