From the National Register nomination
The 1920 2.5-story, wood frame with vinyl siding American Four Square sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 2,638 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows, and an interior brick chimney in the northwest corner of the house. There is a one-story, two-bay wood porch with wood posts on brick piers. The porch also has a striped cloth awning spanning the entire expanse of the porch. There is a projecting dormer on the main elevation, which has vinyl siding and one-over-one, paired, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. There is a one-story wood frame garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
