From the National Register nomination
The 1935 two-story wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival multi-family dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation with a side-gable roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,952 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a four-bay arrangement with a central front door. The windows are multi-paned casement windows. There is a limestone retaining wall that defines the south and west paved driveway of the property. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
