The 1936 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a limestone foundation under a side-gabled slate roof. The building has 3,528 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, eight-over-eight, double-hung wood-sash windows, there is a six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash window in center of second floor above the main entry point. The wood shutters have crescent shaped cutouts. The front door is centered with an intact fanlight and sidelights under a front facing gabled wood columned portico. There is also a one-story porch on the west elevation under a hipped slate roof. There are exterior-end brick chimneys on the gabled ends. There is a screened-in porch on the northwest side of the house. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
