From the National Register nomination
The 1922 2.5-story, wood-frame Craftsman-style dwelling with original west porte cochere sits on a limestone foundation under a side gabled roof clad with pressed metal shingles. The building has 4,588 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, a full frontal porch leading into the porte cochere on the west with brick piers and a brick base, a off-center to the east front door with intact transom and sidelights. There is a west exterior-end brick chimney. The house also continues to the rear with a scaled down two-story addition with a flat roof. There is a fieldstone retaining wall separating the house from the sidewalk. There is a one-story garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
