From the National Register nomination

The 1937 1.5-story, wood frame with painted brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,694 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the second floor, and three projecting dormers with six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows and weatherboard siding. There is also weatherboard siding on half story in the gabled ends. There is a central brick chimney. The front door is centered with an intact multi-paned transom and flanked by inset pilasters and capped with a triangular pediment. There is a one-story, three-bay projection under a hipped asphalt shingled roof on the west elevation. There is a one-story, non-contributing wood frame shed to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
