From the National Register nomination
The 1936 1.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a front gable slate roof. The building has 2,248 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement, nine-over-nine, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the second floor, a modified dentil cornice molding, three projecting dormers with six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are exterior-end brick chimneys on the gabled ends. The front door is centered with an intact multi-paned transom. There is a one-story, small, front-gabled red brick garage southwest of primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
