The 1935 two-story wood frame stucco and brick veneer Tudor Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,532 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement, a 1.5-story front-facing gable on the east that defines the main point of entry with typical Tudor wood details and a wood sunburst detail in the archway above the door, a small recessed brick and concrete sitting porch is located in the middle of the facade with a brick veneer wall and eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows and an enclosed west corner with jalousie windows. The second floor has a continuous projecting dormer and features Tudor wood details with six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is an interior brick chimney on the western half of the house at the end of the continuous dormer. The east elevation also reflects the use of brick veneer on the first story and stucco on the second. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
