From the National Register nomination
The 1938 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a limestone foundation under a side gable roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,544 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building is symmetrical with a three-bay arrangement, central front door flanked by inset pilasters and accented by a wooden arch, as well as, eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the first floor and six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the second floor. There is a one-story projection on the west that has a garage at grade that is accessed by a concrete driveway also located on the west of the house. There is a west exterior-end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
