From the National Register nomination
The 1938 1.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a limestone foundation under a gambrel roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,892 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building is symmetrical with a continuous project dormer and a central slightly recessed front door with intact sidelights that is located under a one-story, one-bay, arched wood porch with paired wood columns. The façade also has twelve-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows and the continuous dormer has four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is an east exterior-end brick chimney. There is a small brick shed located to the south of the primary resource. There is a concrete driveway to the east of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
