BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1920 1.5 story, wood frame with brick veneer Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,283 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with a brick base and brick posts that has been enclosed to create a jalousie window porch with metal awnings, and a three bay continuous projecting dormer with four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The front door is off center to the west and an east exterior-end brick chimney. There is a one-story garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
