From the National Register nomination
The circa 1920 2.5-story, wood frame with stucco and wood shingles Colonial Revival sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,195 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and a west exterior-end brick chimney. The front door is centered with intact sidelights. There is a full front concrete porch squared stucco piers. There is a projecting dormer on the north elevation with wood shingle details. There is a one-story flat roof brick garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
