BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1930 1.5-story wood frame with vinyl siding and brick veneer Cottage-style-dwelling sits on a brick foundation under a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,042 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a offset to the west front door covered by a front-gabled one-story, one-bay porch with paired wood columns. Windows throughout are six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a one-story addition to the west that has vinyl siding in the first story and brick on the basement level to match the brick on the first story of the main house and vinyl siding in the half story. There is a large brick exterior chimney that dominates the façade. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
