From the National Register nomination
The 1945 2.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer Craftsman multi-family dwelling sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,766 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement, nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows and a dormer that has a metal awning. The building has been reconfigured to accommodate multiple rental units, and there are five points of entry visible from the front. The main points of entry are on the full front with brick piers one-story, three-bay porch. There are three interior brick chimneys. The west projection appears to have been added at a later point in the building's history, likely as a way to accommodate more rental space. There is a one-story masonry garage to the north of the primary resource. There are no foundation plantings, but there are mature shade trees in the rear of the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
