BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1945 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,688 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, eight-over-eight, double-hung, replacement vinyl windows. The front door is centered under a broken triangular pediment. There is central brick chimney. There are minimal foundation plantings and mature shade trees in the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
