From the National Register nomination

The 1947 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,025 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door that has a metal awning creating a stoop with an overhang. Windows are eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash on the first floor and six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash in the dormers in the half story. There is a brick exterior chimney on the west elevation. There is a one-story, wood-frame, front-gabled garage to the north of the primary resource. There are foundation plantings and mature shade trees to the rear of the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
