From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with pressed metal shingles. The building has 3,780 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with a brick piers and wood columns, a projecting dormer that has one three-over-one, arched, wood-sash window that is flanked by two fixed-eight-paned-wood windows and shingle detailing. The front door is centered. There is an east exterior-end brick chimney. There is a non-contributing one-story, metal shed to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
