BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1933 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,348 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, six-over-six, double-hung, replacement vinyl windows. The front door is centered with an elaborate fanlight and inset pilasters. There are east and west exterior-end brick chimneys. There is a small one-story, one-bay addition to the west elevation that is wood-frame with weatherboard. There are two one-story, wood-frame sheds to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
