From the National Register nomination
The 1925 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,772 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with a brick piers, a projecting dormer with balustrade and one eight-over-one, wood-sash window that is flanked by two fixed, four-over-one, wood windows to match the larger versions of these windows on the first floor. The dormer and the roof both have bracketed eaves. The front door is centered. There is a west interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, brick garage to the north of the primary resource. There is also a one-story, metal shed to the northeast of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
