From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 2.5-story, wood frame with weatherboard Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 2,880 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement, six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The front door is centered with an intact transom and sidelights. There is a wood columned wraparound porch with square wood posts that wraps to the east with wood shingle details. There is an interior brick chimney on east side of house. There is a small wood frame garage to the north of the house. There is a mature deciduous tree in the front yard, as well as, foundation plantings. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
