From the National Register nomination
The circa 1912 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,590 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The front-facing gable has vinyl siding and an oval window on east section of façade. The façade also features a three-bay arrangement that is accented by a one-story, two-bay square wooden post porch with a second floor balustrade. There is a central brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
