From the National Register nomination
The circa 1908 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,544 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door that has an intact fanlight and sidelights, a one-story wraparound porch with paired wood columns on brick piers that wraps to the east. The façade also front-facing gable with a set of grouped multi-paned windows and is accented by scalloped wood details. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung with carved wood detail arches, then topped with brick arches. There are two brick interior chimneys that are slightly off-center to the east and west. There is a one-story garage with weatherboard located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
